Mesh Bags Are Classified According To The Bag Making Method

2020-09-15

The three-side seal of the mesh bag is sealed around the packaging bag. The front and back dimensions are the finished size, which has a certain sense of integrity, the design is not restricted, and the front and back design has a certain consistency. Since the front and back dimensions are the same, you can design the front first so that the back matches the front. When making a plate, the front and back should be arranged on the same plate cylinder.

The midsole seal is sealed on the back. The front size is the finished product size. The back is divided into two equal parts, and the sum of its width is equal to the width of the front. Usually, the front and back are unfolded for an integrated design and placed on the left and right sides. Add 1cm to seal the edges, and the front and back are also on the same set of plate cylinders.

The three-dimensional middle seal of the mesh bag is based on the mid-bottom seal, with three-dimensional edges on both sides, and the front, back and sides are also on the same set of cylinders. Mesh bags are mainly composed of PP (polypropylene) and PE (polyethylene), but they are generally composed of PP.

Mesh bags are classified according to the bag making method

PP material is extracted from petroleum, the Chinese name is polypropylene, commonly known as Baizhejiao. PP (polypropylene) is made by using Ziegler-Natta catalyst to catalyze the polymerization of propylene monomer. It is a crystalline isotactic polymer with very regular arrangement of molecular chains. PP (polypropylene) can be divided into isotactic PP (polypropylene) and random PP (polypropylene) according to its crystallinity. Isotactic polypropylene is a highly crystalline thermoplastic resin with a crystallinity of over 95% and a molecular weight of 8- Between 150,000; Atactic polypropylene is an amorphous, slightly viscous white waxy substance at room temperature, with a low molecular weight, between 3000 and 10,000, with irregular structure and lack of cohesion, so it is rarely used. The commonly used PP raw material is isotactic polypropylene. Now that the price of petroleum and crude oil in the world has risen, PP raw materials have also risen, and the cost of mesh bags has also risen.

Due to the limitation of the printing material, the front and back sides of the sheet material must be designed separately, and the plate is made separately. The mesh bag cannot appear on the same plate cylinder at the same time.
